This place is absolutely a must if you are near Bacalar / Chetumal! Mr. Fermin was awesome always willing to help. Eva was very nice as well. The rooms are super clean and the facilities are literally a piece of paradise
This place is an absolute hidden gem in the town of Xul-Ha. Location is amazing as it is only a one minute walk directly to the lagoon access - which is great since you can rent a kayak and launch it very easily from this location. The grounds are well kept and the owners have paid great attention to the details and design. The energy feels very relaxing and tranquil. The ascetic has a bit of a "Tulum boutique hotel" vibe, but without any of the pretense or expense. The view from the rooftop restaurant is one of the best views of the entire lagoon! Can't wait to try the food once the restaurant opens :-)
Es una hermosura de lugar, para venir solo, en pareja, en familia. La atención tiene 10 para mi, te sientes en casa pero con el descanso y la naturaleza a tu alrededor que uno necesita. Con arreglos que próximamente se beneficiará mas al lugar. Y de seguro volveré el próximo año con toda la famillia. Gracias a la anfitriona por todo su gran servicio y amabilidad.
Excelente estancia tuvimos, el lugar es precioso, limpio y muy cómodo… Las personas muy amables y serviciales, nos encantó y definitivamente volveremos porque ya tendrán alberca !!
Es un hotelito con excelente gusto, las habitaciones están excelentes, baños limpios, agua calientita, y están a punto de acabar la alberca y está quedando PRECIOSA, pero lo mejor del lugar es Miriam, su hijo y el personal SON EXCELENTES ANFITRIONES, gracias gracias gracias, espero volver pronto!!!
El lugar está muy bonito y excelentemente bien atendido. Pudimos aprovechar la mayoría de los servicios que incluyen espacios para disfrutar con la familia, prepararnos algo rápido y sencillo para la cena. Muy bien y muy muy recomendable. Para nosotros que viajamos con dos perros pequeños nos quedó perfecto.
Villa Azul exceeded our expectations, beginning with the view to the lagoon from everywhere. The owners were always attentive and responded promptly to any of our needs. The rooms are spacious and clean, from our window we had the best view to the beautiful sunrise and sunset which we enjoyed so much. they also have daily yoga classes in the morning. I would recommend this place at 100% I can’t wait to comeback to this paradise. Thank you Miriam & Fermín for all your attentions.
